ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The law governing the protection of personal information at CTAQ is the one applicable to private organizations. It establishes specific rules regarding the information that CTAQ holds about its users. The collection, storage, and disclosure of this information are governed by law.

By definition, personal information is any information relating to a natural person that allows them to be identified, directly or indirectly. Prehospital intervention reports are directly concerned.

To comply with the law, a request for access to information must be made in writing by a person who can prove their identity, and it must be addressed to the person responsible for information security. The form below will allow you to submit your request properly.

CTAQ has 30 days to respond to your request; otherwise, it will be considered refused. If your request is denied, you may submit an application to the Commission d’accès à l’information.


